I recently bought these unique, mauve (honestly, there is no perfect name to describe this color?) pants because I thought they were the perfect "business pant." While they are a fun color and SUPER comfy/stretchy, they also have a conservative cut and fit. Even though I do not have an office job right now (my job allows me to work remotely for the most part), I think these pants will serve me well for future jobs. In the meantime, I can just throw them on with slides and a chunky sweater for a more casual look. Bonus: they also come in a more versatile color, black!
I shot this outfit on Labor day and while it definitely wasn't an appropriate outfit for a laid back holiday (since it's super business-y), I thought the café, Maman, I was visiting with my friend Steph would make the perfect backdrop to take pictures in them! I definitely recommend giving this café a visit for brunch or a cup of coffee. It has the cutest coffee cups (as you can see) and a delicious and adorable area for brunch/lunch!
