Pumpkin Patch in Connecticut

Dress: c/o Red Dress Boutique | Shoes: Sam Edelman (on sale!) | Necklace: ShopBop

This weekend was jam-packed with fun, fall and friends! I visited Connecticut, a peaceful haven for fall adventures, with my roommates. The trip ended with some of my blogger friends at an apple orchard (that blog post is coming soon!). One of my roommates lives in Ridgefield, CT and her parents were kind enough to host us this weekend. I don't get to go home and see my family very often because I'm from Atlanta, so being welcomed into a home complete with cute dogs, lots of family time and delicious home cooking meant so much to me and definitely cured my homesickness! On Saturday, my roommate that was hosting us showed us around her stomping grounds. We visited a gorgeous cliff looking over a lake and fall foliage and then visited downtown Ridgefield which is filled with pretty houses and cute shops. We then drove to Harvest Moon Orchard which ended up being basically a fall festival! There were pumpkins, apple picking, hard cider for the adults and the most delicious, fresh apple cider donuts ever! We took some pictures in the pumpkin patch and then visited a garden near my roommate's house that a gorgeous boardwalk.
For this perfect fall day, I wore the perfect fall dress that I recently got from Red Dress Boutique! For such an affordable price, this dress and so well made and cut from very thick, quality material. The tie waist makes the dress super figure flattering and the puffy sleeves add such a unique and trendy touch!
Below, I have linked more RDB dresses that are perfect for fall!
